Admissions Online

Apply Now!

Thank you for your interest in enrollment at All Saints.  Enrollment at All Saints includes two distinct phases:

  1. Application
  2. Registration.

In the Application phase, the following paperwork must be submitted:

  • If your child is entering grades 1–8, please upload your child's most recent report card and any standardized testing results.
  • If your child has an IEP or any other Service Plan Accommodations, please upload the most recent paperwork.
  • Your child's Baptism and First Eucharist certificates (where applicable)
  • Students who are entering grades 5-8 are required to meet with the principal, Mrs. Marshall as part of the Application phase.

Following the Application phase, families will be invited to complete the Registration phase online via email.  Please note that acceptance to All Saints will not be finalized until both the Application and Registration phases of enrollment have been completed, fees paid, and all required paperwork submitted.

Note that the original official student birth certificate must be physically brought to All Saints for review per Illinois School Code.  The form will be copied for your child's student records, and returned at the time of review.

Both the application fee ($100) and registration fee ($250) are non-refundable.
